Return Policy

Returns are ONLY allowed if you receive the wrong product(s).

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Hair extensions and wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn. If the product(s) has been used/worn or tampered with, a refund WILL NOT be issued.

All products must be returned within 5 business days once the shipping label has been received. Failure to return the product(s) within 5 business days will result in your return being voided and a refund WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 to 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve contacted your bank/credit card company and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kolourbykey@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

We DO NOT offer refunds. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hair extensions and wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at kolourbykey@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, exchanges or replacements are not allowed. Kolour by Key is not responsible for any damages once the product has been shipped.

Cancellations

We DO NOT offer cancellations at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time starts once payment is processed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the payment to process.


After your payment has been processed, the shipping time is as follows:
United States: Your product(s) will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been processed.
International: Your product(s) will be shipped within 9 to 16 business days after payment has been processed.

If your package is “returned to sender”, you will receive a full refund and the product will be restocked.


*Note: Once USPS receives your package, Kolour by Key will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
